About This Beer
For this one, the brewers started with a sumptuous base crafted with Belgian artisan malts and dark candi sugar for a rich, full Stout. Then they aged it in bourbon barrels and conditioned it all on molasses and coconut.
Tasting Notes
Notes of gooey caramel, chewy date, and dried plum cascade through every silky swig. Treacly molasses adds to the depth and complexity. Let it warm, and whispers of colada cream melt into vanilla oak and woody spice, further obscuring the 12.57% ABV.
