To craft this treat the Cerebral crew blended a sumptuous base aged 28 months in 11-year Old Fitzgerald bourbon barrels and 30 months in 7-year Weller bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned the mix on macaroon-grade and toasted coconut for luxurious Mounds bar nuances.
Tasting Notes
Velvety currents of dark cocoa and colada cream course through every quaff. Hints of cinnamon oak and whiskey caramel swirl underneath, further obscuring the way too easy-drinking 12.6% ABV.
