About This Beer
The Swedish Stout superstars at Omnipollo got together with their buddies at Monkish Brewing to craft this stellar confection. The duo cold conditioned a roasty base in tanks for six months to develop its velvety body. Then they finished the brew on “insane amounts” of raw and toasted coconut, plus vanilla and cacao nibs.
Tasting Notes
Fudgy quaffs taste just like a liquid coconut brownie, with nutty tropical tones twinkling in a vast expanse of dark chocolate decadence. Underneath, toasty malts balance the bakery sweetness with hints of espresso and bread crust.

it's good, but can't believe tavour charged $45. not that good.
