About This Beer
The legendary Seattle crew blended Strong Ales barrel-aged 9, 12, and 24 months in 8 to 12-year-old bourbon barrels. Then they complemented the opulent, oaky vanilla notes of their signature Winter Ale with cold brew coffee and cinnamon bark.
Tasting Notes
Each impossibly smooth swig cascades with sumptuous nuances of creamy dark cocoa, roasty espresso, sweet caramel, and warming cinnamon. Imagine an artisanal cinnamon mocha served with a nip of whiskey, and you’ll have an idea of what café-worthy luxury lies in store.

Such a tasty brew. The coffee and cinnamon come through and play so nicely with the deep Fremont wax bottle flavors. Death, taxes and Fremont wax bottles.

Warm aromas of cinnamon with underlying coffee and bourbon. Super creamy mouthfeel. Notes of cinnamon upfront, with a little bourbon, coffee, and cocoa. Fantastic.

Semi sweet chocolate, cinnamon, dark fruit and rum develops into coffee and bourbon. Finish is booze and chocolate.

Great balance between the cinnamon and coffee. Bourbon-barrel aging of the outstanding B-Bomb base is great. Truly a great combination.
