About This Beer
Highland Park in Los Angeles took over two years to craft this one! They first let it spontaneously ferment in their open-air cool ship, then aged it in neutral oak barrels for a year. Finally, they bottled it up and let it condition for another whole year. Every sip is a true taste of the unique microflora in their environment.
Tasting Notes
Grapefruit upfront washes in with waves of tangy-tarness. The sip mellows into softer notes of tea-like florals in earth, giving way to a complexly funky finish.

Incredibly complex with just enough sour top note. Apples, a little pine-y… other notes that are hard to place, but the flavor evolution is tremendous.
