About This Beer
To craft Cold Caprese Pizza, the Lager maestros at DSSOLVR teamed up with Hoof Hearted Brewing. They started with exclusively Riverbend Pilsner Malt and their signature Lager treatment. Then, they generously whirlpool-hopped the brew with Pacifica and Hallertau Mittelfruh and fermented it with DSSOLVR’s house Lager yeast. Finally, they dry-hopped it with Tettnanger and Saphir for that Italian-Pils hop kick.
Tasting Notes
This Italian-style Pils tastes like savor-worthy, hand-tossed pizza crust delicately drizzled with honey. Vibrants swirls of citrus and wildflower carry underneath before a clean, crisp finish.

Daily corona battle. #CountryLyfeProbs trash delivery edition. I’m evolving. Learning. Don’t love all
Pilsners, but Italian seem to be crackery, malt sweet, crisp and snappy. This holds true. And I’m so here for its lemony clean goodness. Terrific.
