About This Beer
The brewers started off with a tangy, Gose-style base brew, then made it extra tropical with burly doses of mango, soursop, Colombian lime zest, and lulo fruit. Never heard of that last one? Also called naranjilla, people often describe it as a cross between pineapple and kiwi with a zingy citrus kick.
Tasting Notes
When all those flavors come together, it’s like a high energy dance party in the middle of an equatorial farmer’s market. You’ll lose yourself among pulsing lemon-lime flavors underscoring rhythms of lemon-lime and ripe mango. Nuances of melon, pineapple, and red berry keep the tempo on the way to a puckering finish.
