About This Beer
To craft Colombiana, the crew at Martin House brewed a velvety Stout with sweet cherry puree and flaked coconut. Then, they aged it all in rum barrels for four and a half months, giving the beer some decadent cocktail flair.
Tasting Notes
Creamy cascades of coconut and chocolate course through every sip. Rich rum notes and subtle cherry carry into a smooth macaroon finish. All that decadence impossibly hides a 12.4% ABV.

Coconut is front and center, but the cherry finishes it... and I can't stand the cherry. Reminds me of a cough syrup finish.

I think of myself as a stout snob and this is probably the best coconut stout I have ever drank! Nice full body and packs a punch with flavor I wish this brewery was in my backyard.

Love the taste of this masterpiece, so flavorful and rich. The coconut is there but not too powerful and you get that hint of rum in there.

Pours with the consistency and color of oil, releasing an aroma of coconut, cherry jam, and spiced rum notes. Chocolate and shredded coconut dominate the rich body, though I wished the fruit and barrel flavors were stronger. Still phenomenal nonetheless!
