Co-founder and brewmaster Vince Tursi ran brewing operations at the famed Burial Beer Company AND developed recipes for Lord Hobo before opening DSSOLVR. So, you know he can brew with the best.

Back in March of 2020 — at less than 4 months old — his new operation earned a spot as one of USA Today’s Top 10 Best New Breweries in the Country! 

Heck, your craftiest buddies might already be talking about this up-and-coming crew. If you jump on Color Me a Vienna Man, you can tell them that, yes, you know DSSOLVR. And then, you can offer them a pint! 

Unless you’d rather drink it all yourself, of course. The brewers used a mix of Vienna malt along with Golden Oats for a luxuriously soft body and big bready notes. Mt. Hood Hops create nuances of lemon zest and a beautifully dry finish.

Today, you can acquaint your palate with one of the country’s hottest new breweries, and you don’t even have to trek out to Asheville, NC. But, don’t wait too long, because just like a cold pint of Lager on a hot day, our little stash won’t last!
