About This Beer
To craft it, Perennial and Phase Three started with a thick Imperial Stout base brewed with heaping helpings of wheat. Then they let it mature in freshly emptied Buffalo Trace and Wild Turkey Rare Breed barrels for 17 months before introducing decadent additions of coconut, cinnamon, and vanilla beans.
Tasting Notes
We’re looking forward to splashes of baking spice and colada cream coursing through the sip, conjuring the flavors of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Underneath, ribbons of crème brûlée should weave through roasty malts, leading to a warming finish with accents of oaky vanilla and bourbon. All while keeping the 12.9% ABV impossibly smooth.

Best one I've had from perennial. All of the adjuncts come through equally and does not overpower one another. Liquid mounds bar with cinnamon added.
