About This Beer
To craft this Black Pilsner, the Full Circle crew teamed up with friends at Humble Sea Brewing. The duo started with Pilsner Malt for those warm, bready nuances. Noble Hops bring herbal notes with a bit of citrus, like a warming green tea after a day in the snow. A traditional Lager treatment gives the brew a finish as smooth and pristine as an ice rink.
Tasting Notes
Rich currents of cocoa, sweet hazelnut, and toasted wheat course through every sip. It finishes as clean and crisp as the first snowfall.

Solid beer, but maybe a little bit bitter for my taste. Good beer for the winter.

Malty and a little metallic on the nose. Roasty, bitter, and pretty dry on the palate. Also dry on the finish. Not terrible, but not amazing.
