About This Beer
Enigma Hops have been around since 2013, but we still only rarely see these Australian cones. Fortunately for all the hop aficionados out there, the crew at Block 15 got their hands on a whole pile of Enigma for this version of their Consortium IPA.
Tasting Notes
The white wine character of these cones is on full display here, with vinous aromas billowing from the pour. A touch of Citra Hops accentuates the flavors with hints of tangerine and grapefruit, but it’s the chardonnay-like notes that are front and center.

Unsurprisingly, it tastes stale after Tavour refused a refund after I told them I didn't want an IPA that had been in transit for an extra month due to their crappy packaging.
