About This Beer
For their take on the Cologne classic, the crew at Definitive Brewing used a combination of German malt and local malt from their pals at Maine Malt House and hit it with a measured dose of German hops.
Tasting Notes
Each sip sings with notes of fresh baked baguette, a subtle floral herbaceousness, and a light drizzle of honey sweetness. A mild fruitiness carries through the finish, which is unbelievably refreshing and snappy.

Fruity apple ale-like aroma and flavor. No real malt or hop character. Light bodied and fairly flat from little-no carbonation. Meh.
