About This Beer
A Contronym is a word that has two meanings that contradict one another, like ‘cleave’ — to cling tightly to something OR to sever something apart. As if English wasn’t confusing enough.
Unlike today’s Czech-style Dark Pilsner from Transient! It’s clean, crisp, and just straight refreshing! You might even say it’s fine (as in exquisite), which is much better than just fine (as in passable).
Tasting Notes
Every coffee-black pour reveals gorgeous aromas of cocoa and pumpernickel. The taste follows with baker’s chocolate and hazelnut notes cascading into roasty tones of toasted wheat. An herbal flourish on the finish balances the sweetness in the snappy conclusion.
