The brew crew started out with a base of coffee-infused Rye Imperial Stout, aged in bourbon barrels from five different distilleries, mixed ‘em together, and mellowed the blend with fresh coconut.
Tasting Notes
Notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee fly around coconut, honey-roasted almonds, and sweet caramel in each robustly silky quaff, while oaky vanilla comes through from the barrels. Yeah, she’s complex, alright.
But you’ve got to slow down to fully appreciate her soft appeal.
