About This Beer
What’s that? You’ve never tasted coquito? This beloved holiday beverage is sometimes called ‘Puerto Rican eggnog,’ and the brewers used traditional ingredients to capture its iconic flavors.
They started with a tangy Sour Ale base, then loaded it with coconut and vanilla. A dash of cinnamon and a swirl of nutmeg recreate the warming spice in the Caribbean treat, while a ribbon of lactose recalls the condensed milk of the real thing.
Tasting Notes
Imagine a holiday-spiced colada and you’ll have a pretty good idea of what’s in store here — layers of rich coconut cream shimmering with toasty bakery flavors!
