About This Beer
The GABF-winning Cerebral crew let their incredible base Porter rest for 11 months in Bourbon and Blis Maple Syrup Barrels. Then they conditioned it on decadent additions of cinnamon spice granola, dried blueberries, and Tahitian vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Each sip whisks you away to a blissful land totally devoid of business jargon, zoom meetings, and team-building activities. Rich and roasty malts create a bed for baking spice, caramel, and lush maple-drizzled berry notes to swirl over top of. Whispers of warming whiskey and oaky vanilla shine through on the back end, adding sublime depth to the finish.

just get a hint of blueberries, the maple syrup is pronounced with the aroma but it is smooth and the added layers from the aging is wonderful.
