As lucky tasters will tell you, today’s Crossfados Barbados Quadruple IPA isn’t just about the booze. It’s about massive piles of Sabro, Mosaic, and El Dorado Hops.

The insane 12.4% ABV comes wrapped in flavors of tangy tangerine and ripe pineapple. A bit of pithy grapefruit on the finish balances against malty sweetness, and those fruity flavors linger long after the sip. It’s like a freshly squeezed OJ with a pineapple twist!

But, if you’re lucky enough and fast enough to score one of these cans, take your time sippin’! You might not be able to taste much booze, but trust us, it’s in there!

Horrible can of beer. Tasted like it was just diluted sugar in water. Bottom of the can was clumped up horrid masses. Color was nothing like in the photo. Awful tasting can of beer.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour with a creamy white head. Soft citrusy aroma with light tropical accents. Taste introduces some dank flavors, sweet, creamy, almost milky, zesty bitter bite at the finish. Alcohol warmth becomes apparent late.

Quite a memorable quadruple IPA. This beer is bursting with pineapple flavor, with some orange and a hint of coconut at the end. Really sweet and hoppy with a texture somewhere between creamy and milky. An excellent QIPA.

Peach flesh, mango mango mango! So juicy and sweet, borders on ridiculousness. Mouthfeel is unreal.

Big floral nose. Pours hazy apricot w/minimal head. Smooth mouthfeel. On the palate, mango, pineapple, peach, tangerine & grapefruit. Quite sweet and noticeably boozy (12.4ABV). Low bitterness. The booziness isn’t too bad, but way sweeter than I prefer.
