About This Beer
to craft this 8th Anniversary brew, the Stout specialists started with a sumptuous base and aged it in a blend of Bookers bourbon, Wild Turkey 6-Year bourbon, and Wild Turkey rye whiskey single barrels for 15 months. And they left out any adjuncts, letting the delicious cask character speak for itself.
Tasting Notes
You can anticipate rich nuances of vanilla oak and whiskey caramel to erupt out of every velvety quaff. Creme brûlée and dark mocha tones swirl throughout with hints of woody spice on the finish, the only hint of the 13% ABV.

Sharpness from the rye barrel-aging is balanced by dark caramel flavors. Brew is as dark as the can and very smooth.
