About This Beer
Why’d WeldWerks brew so many variants of Medianoche featuring coconut in 2022? It was all a part of their master plan to create this Cuvée from the bourbon barrel aged brews! They stashed away a part of each one until they could blend all five together into today’s rich, desserty sipper.
In addition to the tropical fruit, vanilla beans, cacao nibs, cacao husks, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, AND coffee combine into a rich tapestry of flavors.
Tasting Notes
Almond Joy aromas arise out of each syrupy pour. There are even wisps of flaked coconut swimming through the silky body, calling to mind the texture of the famous candy bar! Taking a taste is like savoring the nuances of creamy dark chocolate mousse sprinkled with nutty praline and washed down with a shot of espresso. Subtle roasty notes shift into smooth vanilla-macadamia tones in the finish.
A hint of bourbon spice threaded throughout reminds you that this decadent confection comes with a 14% ABV.
