Today’s Cuvee – Just Maple (2020) offers a rich, maple-soaked taste of Cycle’s Dark Beer prowess. 

It’s an 11% ABV Imperial Stout blend, aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels with maple syrup for over 18 months!

This boozy treat smells like a stack of pancakes upfront, while on the tongue, it’s an all-out feast of opulent flavors. Every warming sip overflows with notes of chocolate, brown sugar, and oak, drizzled all over with mapley goodness. The brew finishes with a bit of honey and a final kiss of molasses. 

And, that’s if you drink it right away. If you age it for 9 to 12 months longer, the beer’s complexity will deepen to bring out whispers of dark fruit, wrapped in an ultra-sippable, silky-smooth body.
