About This Beer
It starts as a blend of oak-aged sour beer that’s co-fermented with crushed and destemmed Pinot Gris grapes grown right next door at King Estate. After maturation, they finished it with a splash of tangerine to really capture the essence of the brunch staple.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting delicate white wine notes to play beautifully against the tangy funk imparted by Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, and Lactobacillus. Hints of citrus should add a kiss of sweetness and pith, balancing out the acidity of the base brew and making for a supremely drinkable sip.
