About This Beer
To craft this showstopper, the legends at Garagiste used ingredients from seven different countries!
They started with a blend of orange blossom and polyflora honey and co-fermented it with Italian black currants, Chilean black plums, and US-grown blueberries. Then they aged the Mead on toasted Slovakian oak, sugar maple from Vermont, and Brazilian amburana staves. Finally, they added Madagascar vanilla beans and cream cheese flavoring for all the sumptuousness of New York’s finest.
Tasting Notes
Every dark purple pour perfumes the air with jammy berry notes. Take a sip and thick streams of blueberry compote and cheesecake tang cascade across the palate. Vanillins from the wood brighten the custard tones giving it all a sensational barrel-toned sophistication.
