For this showstopper, the Perennial crew started with a rich, subtly spicy base before aging it in Willett Rye barrels for 24 months.
Tasting Notes
Decadent nuances of golden caramel, amaretto, and cinnamon swirled bread pudding cascade through every thick quaff. Brown sugar tones and rye spice gorgeously melt into vanilla oak, all masking the 11.7% ABV.
