How did the Levante crew make such a beloved brew? Simple — they loaded it with extra juicy Citra Cyro, Simcoe Cyro, and Mosaic Cyro Hops, then pumped up the body with a creamy dose of lactose.
Tasting Notes
Its massive malty sweetness folds into notes of candied orange peel, ripe pineapple, and drippy tangerine. Grapefruit pith and dank herbs shine through on the finish, totally obscuring the bold 10% ABV!

I am immensely impressed by this. IPAs aren’t even my style, so there is usually much to nitpick just based on my preferences, but I can’t seem to find fault in this. It’s strong, but crushable. It’s so good that I have to stop myself from literally gulping this down. Great citrus balance. Just the right amount of bitterness. Enjoyable resinous pine aspects. A very nice luscious creamy mouthfeel with every sip. The style and execution are absolutely perfect in tandem with the ingredients.

Hazy, straw/golden pour. Citrus and piney on the nose. Taste is sweet, dank, pineapple. Maybe a bit of berry in there too from the mosaic. Incredibly smooth for 11.7%. Really solid brew.
