About This Beer
D.O.R.I.S stands for “Double Oatmeal Russian Imperial Stout” — a huge, decadent, dark brew made by an award winning crew.
Tasting Notes
Dark chocolate and espresso notes shape the brew’s smooth body into a liquid indulgence that could replace even the thickest chocolate cake. Rich, mocha-like vibes cut through the malty Stout base. The blend of creamy body from the oat and delicious sweetness makes the belly-warming 10.5% ABV go down oh-so-easily.

Again the Rocky Mountain barrel aged. A little less chocolate than BORIS, but perhaps a bit smoother.

Chocolate, oaky bourbon barrel, and coffee. A little boozy and slightly better than BORIS.

Gets to be a bit much when you drink all of them together. Not big on barrel-aged

Thick and rich. Slight coffee notes hanging OM around. And a good stout. Imperial stout. Definitely imperial stout.

delicious, and small cans mean you won’t be destroyed 🥳😆

Now that is one flavorful RIS. The hoppy bitterness adds depth. Reminds me of North Coast's Old Rasputin, one of my favorites. Outstanding.

Truthfully, when buying a stout from a company named "Hoppin" - I should have expected. however, I drink stouts because I do not like the hoppiness of IPAs. So overall this was a disappointment, but I got what they stated. It is a hopped stout. Drink at your own risk.

nice and boozy but that double outmeal smooths everything out. could easily put a few of these down. rich with some dark chocolate notes

Great stout. Notes of ales in there but the thickness I expect from a stout. Very creamy with a great foam as well

Special dark cocoa powder. Intense roast. Dry oak bark. Bitter hops. Rich and smooth body which only flaked oats can provide.
This variant of D.O.R.I.S is as robust and unyielding as the mountain rock and wood which birthed it.
