So it makes sense that the craft legends at Firestone Walker would want to harken back to the sophistication of the roaring twenties with Daisy’s Favorite — a nod to the iconic Great Gatsby character.

To make it, the crew took their Helldorado Blonde Barleywine (one of the top 30 American Barleywines in the world according to BeerAdvocate) and aged it for 14 months in freshly emptied American oak Gin Barrels.
