About This Beer
This beer was inspired by the famous “Dancing House” in Prague (also nicknamed “Fred and Ginger”). The building was designed in 1992 by the Croatian-Czech architect Vlado Milanic and the Canadian-American architect Frank Gehry. Finished in 1996, it was a reconstruction of a building that had been bombed in WWII, and symbolized Czechoslovakia’s transition from a communist regime to a parliamentary democracy. Similarly, Celestial Beerworks built their Czech-style Pilsner on a foundation of tradition, then added their own unique twist.
Tasting Notes
Doughy croissants and sweet malts swirl around the tongue, balanced by whispers of fresh mowed hay. Each sip goes down smooth and clean, with a crisp, carbonated finish.
