To make it, Double Mountain maxed out their mash tun for the first time, filling it to the brim with Carafa III, Double Roasted Crystal, Rye, Pilsner, Roasted, and Black Malts. The result is a sharply crisp hellride through char. Toasted cocoa crumbles into a sea of swirling bakers chocolate. In addition to maxing out your chocolate receptors, two types of yeast -- Kolsch and Abbey -- furnish it with lavish fruity notes of figs, raspberries, and boozy cherries.
