Scientists think that about 85% of all the stuff in the universe is actually Dark Matter. Sadly, they don’t mean today’s roasty and chocolatey Porter from Block 15.

Oh, what a universe that would be!

On the bright side, this dry-finishing Porter with flavors of rich dark cocoa from conditioning on real chocolate is actually known to exist! Unlike the theoretical dark matter that (might) make up a lot of the universe.

If you’re searching for a deliciously dark brew in the midst of the all the lighter summertime offerings, Dark Matter is a great way to go. It has all the roasty mocha flavors you're looking for, but with a dry finish and lighter body that’s hyper-drinkable and never cloying. 

But, unless you happen to be in Oregon — ideally at Block 15’s taproom and brewery in beautiful Corvallis — this Dark Matter is nearly as hard to spot as the real thing. Probably because thirsty locals drink it all up before it ever escapes the region.
