About This Beer
The crew at Streetside started by aging their burly Stout base in Boone County Distilling Bourbon Barrels for a whopping 16 months. Then they conditioned it on cacao nibs to create rich swirls of decadent fudge flavor. Finally, they added a massive dose of peanut butter and marshmallow!
Tasting Notes
Those nutty flavors take centerstage, riding a chocolate river straight to your taste buds. Gooey marshmallow comes in next, punctuated by pops of bourbon caramel and oaky vanilla, before easing into a shockingly smooth finish for such a massive ABV.

Very smooth, very tasty. I didn’t get the marshmallow upfront, but it probably made the beer smoother. Peanut butter was also in the background. Scary how good it is for the ABV.

Not for me, couldn’t get passed the 3rd sip.

poor effort. sweet tasting trifecta. weakest variant of the lot.

More marshmallow than PB. Rich, but complex enough to want to keep going back for more.

Lots of smell of marshmallow, but not much taste other than sweet. Chocolate and peanut butter lead the flavor parade followed by the bourbon-barrel aging. Flavors are well blended and continue to morph as beer warms up slightly.
