About This Beer
The team at Bottle Logic started with a gooey-thick Stout base brewed with plenty of spicy rye grain and a dose of molasses. Then they let it slumber in bourbon barrels until its flavors of rich toffee, dark fudge, and silky vanilla had fully developed.
Tasting Notes
Look for notes of roasty mocha with hints of caramel and molasses. A touch of oak will help keep things balanced, while hints of peppery rye will add complexity and depth to the brew. Even the brewers are calling it “an INCREDIBLE year” for this beer.

The molasses made the brew awfully sweet. Suppose that’s what they were trying to achieve but that’s not what I was hoping for.

better stout from BL. Lots of barrel. Lots of choxolate, not too sweet. Get again.

Delicious but not quite as amazing as past vintages. Not as rich.
