A Note on This Beer
Hops Where it Happens: Get the VIP treatment from a splash of Simcoe Hops and the double-dry hopped magic of Citra and Nelson. Satisfying Flavors: Embrace the smooth, tropical taste of freshly-squeezed oranges, passionfruit, and white grapes, followed by a wave of dank, piney resin.
OK, I’ll admit it — until recently, I’d never heard of the Battle of Gun Hill, which was apparently a turning point in the Revolutionary War. But, my spouse made me watch Hamilton over the weekend, so now I’m basically an expert.
And Gun Hill Brewing embodies the spunky fighting spirit of the colonists who dreamt of a better world. They’re helping lead New York’s brewing revolution! In fact, Thrillist named them the most underrated brewery in New York.
Their newest double-dry hopped NEIPA, Das Wassup, has so much juicy flavor, the British would’ve declared peace just for a taste of this delicious dankness!
If the scent of Hazy IPAs is enough to lure you out to NYC, brace yourself — it’s still an hour’s subway trip to reach Gun Hill’s North Bronx taproom. Save yourself the crowded train ride — we’ve got a few cans for you right here at Tavour.
Crack one open and feel the irresistibly juicy taste light up the revolutionary spirit inside of you! As King George says, after one sip, you’ll be back.
