Today’s beer lesson: how to structure your entire day around enjoying a fuzzy, tropical juicebomb. 

8am: Beer Research. If you were to hop on Reddit and look up Structures Brewing, you’d see many of their recent releases have sold out within an hour. One hour! We did the leg-work for you, so feel free to sleep in if you’d like. 

10am: Breakfast. Back in the day, before coffee became popular in the U.S., beer was often served for breakfast. What the heck, it’s Saturday! Why not bring back this tradition with DDH Fuzz (Galaxy, Citra, Chinook) IPA — it's more than juicy enough to replace a morning OJ!

1pm: Replenish Your Beer Fridge. To have a fighting chance at this dank, orange-mango masterpiece you’d have to already be on your way to the tiny, pickup-only taproom. And out-of-the-way is an understatement — Structures is tucked in the tiny northwest corner of Washington, just a stone’s throw from the Canadian border. No sweat, you’ve got Tavour. 

5pm: Dinner Pairing. As you likely know, not all foods and beers mesh. But DDH Fuzz has the fruity hop-potency to cut through a meaty steak just as well as it tames the spice of a bowl full of Thai curry. 

11pm: Bed Time. I don’t know about you, but after spending the day indulging in DDH Fuzz, its fruit farm of flavors sure crept into my dreams!
