The Magnify Brewing team loves The Simpsons, and they named this beer after a ‘Planet of the Apes’ musical in the episode “A Fish Called Selma.” In it, the apes sing “Dr. Zaius Dr. Zaius!” to the tune of “Rock Me Amadeus” by Falco. To nod to the massive amounts of Mosaic Hops in the brew (in three different forms, no less), the brewers named it “DDH Rock Me Dr. ‘Saic.”
