About This Beer
When the dukes of dank at Lupulin Brewing craft a DDH IPA out of 100% Lupulin Powder, local hopheads go wild!
Lupulin Powder provides TWICE the flavor compounds as regular hop cones, amping up the brew’s brightness and taste to super-potent levels. In the hands of the GABF award-winning Lupulin Brewing team, this magical hop dust transforms into dankerific haze nectar.
Tasting Notes
Notes of fresh-squeezed orange juice ebb and flow with sweet currents of drippy pineapple. And a puff of crushed pine needles floats up from each sip.

Great hoppy full blast of flavor on the front end, but finishes a bit light. Not bad at all, but expected a different finish.

Wow! Holy hops! Sweet citrus on the front followed by some dank. Love the golden color, solid IPA

I can’t give this one a fair rating, since the can was busted during shipping and lost a lot of carbonation, but even for being flat it maintained a nice flavor. Would like to try this one again.

Pours nice, darker color than expected. I don’t get any dank (which I love), but solid beer. A little too amber for me, but nice effort.

Aroma is orange marmalade, pine, and mild dank hints. Flavor follows with the citrus, pine, herbal danky hints in the finish. When you say “ We packed our bowl a second time with that sticky icky” I was expecting marijuana and or some sort of weed. Meh

too bitter for my unrefined tastes 😂

Damn. Should’ve bought more of these.

Definitely one of the best IPAs I’ve ever had. Very smooth, with an orange/tangerine back note. Very easy to drink.

Very light citrus undertones pair nice with the hoppy sharpness...actually a little more aromatic and deeper flavors when consumed at around 72 degrees

Bold flavor and fresh taste!

There's a nice mellow dank aroma going on, totally understand their tulip glass recommendation. Starts with a mild sweetness, then hoppy bitters, then a mild pineapple-y dank. For a DDH with a name implying DANK, I wanted more from this one. It's not a bad brew by any stretch, I just don't feel the brew delivers on the name's promise.

A good double IPA and my first 100% Lupulin powder IPA. I still prefer my various hops and the hazy variety, but this was solid and had good flavor. Would and will drink again.

Good drinkable IPA. Very hoppy! My husband says it tastes a little skunky but it’s very mild to me, I don’t notice it!

I usually like Lupulin Brewery but this has been my least fave beer from them that I tasted. not really that hoppy or flavorful

The finish saves this beer from a '3'. Orangy nose. Nice, dank crescendo to end a sip. Peach and orange mid-palate.

Smooth, piney and good. I didn’t notice the “skunk” others mentioned. Would definitely buy again.

super great hop flavor

Very easy drinking for a IIPA, super smooth. I definitely understand the rec on the can for a tulip glass because of the way or drinks, unfortunately I don’t have one. Definitely on the bitter/dry end, to be expected as it is described.
