About This Beer
To craft it, the dark beer legends at Masthead started with sumptuous Barleywine and Munichwine — a newer style of Imperial Ale brewed with a high percentage of bready Munich malt. Then they aged the bases in bourbon and rye whiskey barrels before blending it all into one decadent treat.

Delicious bread pudding nuances course through every chewy quaff, with rich caramel and raisin tones cascading into notes of vanilla oak. Woody spice and top shelf bourbon should carry on the end, expertly masking the bold 13.4% ABV.
