About This Beer
To craft this heartthrob, the legendary crew at Cellador Ales spontaneously fermented freshly crushed cabernet sauvignon grapes for one week, then pressed the juice and combined it with an ale aged roughly six months. Then they matured the blend of wine and beer for an additional few months in oak barrels and conditioned it on honey!
Tasting Notes
The sip leads off with a bright tang, accentuated by hints of hay and barnyard funk. Vinous grape follows, with hints of oaky woodspice and subtle sweetness, adding sophisticated layers of depth.

I'm normally not into sours, but I enjoyed this one. Not too tart. Good balance of the grape.
