Show up on a sunny afternoon, and you’ll find plenty of smiling locals in this family-run brewery. And more than a few will be laughing and talking over pints of Dean Street IPA. That’s why the brewers named this beer in honor of their homebase. To them, it represents everything they love about brewing — close family, good friends, and of course great beer!

To make it, they crafted a soft, fluffy base and then loaded it with plenty of Citra and Apollo Hops.
