About This Beer
The crew at Old Irving thought long and hard about hoppy concentrates. Then, they reached for three of their favorites: Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Sabro, and the ultra-fruity Cryo-Pop blend from Yakima Chief Hops. That blend is a combo of the fruitiest cones the hop farmers harvested the previous year, and it seriously cranks things up a notch!
Tasting Notes
Every sip brings hypnotic ribbons of tangerine and grapefruit, wrapped in a luscious blanket of dank melon and drippy mango. A touch of malty sweetness rides through the middle of the sip, quickly balanced out by a pop of pithy bitterness on the finish.
