About This Beer
These Alaskan craft masters started by fermenting a Hazy base with the thiol-boosting Cosmic Punch Yeast and then hit it with a smack of Citra Incognito. Then, to really amp up those nectarous flavors, they double dry hopped it with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Sabro Hops, along with a blast of Phantasm Powder.
Tasting Notes
Rivers of white grape, tangerine, and overripe melon flow through every pillow-soft sip, while a touch of citrus pith and pine brings a quaffable balance. And that boozy 10% ABV totally disappears behind a fog of flavor!

Bright citrusy, candied fruit nose. A delicious mango profile stands out. Sweet tropical flavors laces on the taste buds. This is fantastic. So smooth. Soft & light. The hops & ingredients that went into making this masterpiece make this a 5 star for me.

Amazing TIPA that I found extremely approachable for a 10% head kick. Maybe the kick was needed at this point in the day…

Poured from a 16 ounce can dated 7/13/22 into a snifter.
Look- Straw, very hazy, no visible particulate, frothy white head, substantially below average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Tangerine, ripe melon, pithy, white grape, moderate strength of smell.
Taste- Very pithy, tangerine, white grape, way overripe melon, high strength of taste, flavors did not blend together well.
Feel- Between medium and full body, low bitterness, below average carbonation, silky, moderately astringent.
Overall- Look was good with exception of head retention and lacing. The bouquet had pleasant scents and was moderately strong. The flavors in this beer were vibrant, but did not seem to mesh well together. Feel was hampered by astringency. This beer might have tried to include too many of the very newest gimmicks resulting in a suboptimal result. I liken this beer to a college football team trying a gimmick play on every down.

7/13/22 Dank & tropical. I feel like the Sabro hops are especially apparent here, while there’s definitely a punchy yeast characteristic that stays with you long after the last sip.

not my favorite of theirs, but still good.

Bright, citrusy aromas with hints of grape. Soft mouthfeel, mild astringency. Notes of white grape, juicy citrus, and a bit of tropical fruit.
