About This Beer
The team brewed a Wild Red Ale with aged hops and fermented it in freshly-emptied red wine barrels. After three years of maturation, they blended and bottle conditioned the beer with a drizzle of orange blossom honey.
Tasting Notes
Once you get a whiff of this vinous sipper, it won’t take you long to find your way into the sip. Its delicately tangy taste ambles through notes of toasted bread crumbs, funky leather, and earth, accented by sweet-tart hints of black cherry and plum. Plus, it comes with a dry, oaky finish and a complexity that begs to be savored.
