When it comes to s’mores, I trust the North American Brewers Association gold medalists at Mountains Walking! They’ve turned the graham crackers, cocoa nibs, marshmallows, and lactose into a 10.5% ABV Pastry Stout!
Tasting Notes
Every sip of Dessert Cart - S’mores is a masterclass in sweet, ooey-gooey delight. The malts and milk sugar transform the nibs into creamy swirls of melted Hershey’s bar on your tongue. Sandwiching the fudgy base is a honey-kissed graham nuance that ushers in the vanilla-tinged Jet-Puffed finish.

You have to drink this one ice, ice cold. Anything less than ice cold completely changes the flavor. Its bitter almost like a dark chocolate bitter. You can definitely taste the graham cracker and chocolate flavor but not enough marshmallow.

Smells like brownie batter, tastes like chocolate syrup and finishes with marshmallow. Sweet, decadent, and tasty. This really is dessert in a can.

Great smell (really smells of smores), brown color. Strong initial chocolate taste but has a somewhat bitter aftertaste. Marshmallow taste is faint and didn't really get any graham cracker taste in mine. Wanted to like this one more but not something I see myself coming back to. If you're a smores fan, it may be worth a try but wouldn't go out of your way for it.

This one is delicious, don't get me wrong, but it didn't scream s'mores to me. Very dark, rich chocolate and smooth and creamy from the marshmallows. Didn't get much graham cracker.
