I may be grown, but thanks to Mountains Walking, I can still satisfy all of my sweet-toothed cravings with today’s 10.5% ABV Imperial Pastry Stout, Dessert Cart - Sour Cinnabon. 

Yes, you read that right! It’s a Sour Stout, and it’s unlike any brew I’ve ever tasted.

To craft it, the creative masterminds at Mountains Walking partnered with Bhramari Brewing Co., a North Carolina brewery known for unique styles. They used MW’s signature sour yeast for a playful acidity that intensifies the chocolatey notes in the Stout base, balancing the residual sugar.

They added lactose for a creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel, and conditioned it on Saigon Cinnamon and Tahitian vanilla beans for a lip-smacking pastry flavor that whisks me back to those carefree childhood days. 

Each silky sip is like biting into a Cinnabon that’s drizzled with zesty orange icing and hot fudge!

And, the best part? You and I get to taste this innovative treat before it even hits the taproom!
