About This Beer
The Bottle Logic crew started with a rich base before aging it in bourbon and rye barrels for luxurious nuances of whiskey caramel and baking spice. And they aged it on Madagascar vanilla beans, brightening it all up before finishing it on Vietnamese cinnamon and mountains of fresh peaches for decadent dessert flavors.
Tasting Notes
Enormous peaches n’ cream aromas erupt out of every mahogany pour like a fresh-out-of-the-oven cobbler. The sip follows like gooey pie filling — gorgeous, caramelized stone fruit swirled with cinnamon and seeped in bourbon. A hint of heat rises from the 13.55% ABV.
