About This Beer
To craft this treat, the Chicago crew started with a sumptuously smooth Imperial Stout base. They aged it in bourbon barrels before conditioning the brew on cherries.
Tasting Notes
Cascades of cocoa and creme brulee carry on every velvety quaff. Toffee and espresso tones get a bright lift from the sweet, juicy stone fruit. Vanilla oak and woody spice notes blend with the cherries on the end for a finish like an old fashioned cocktail.

this beer pours flat. but that’s not a problem. it has a semi sweet fruity nose. the sip is very smooth with complex bitter cherry palette followed by the fruity, boozy finish. delicious!
