About This Beer
Pipeworks’ Fish Beer series is where they get experimental with hoppy styles. For a decade now, they’ve innovated and done little spins on familiar hoppy brews to create memories their devoted fanbase go gaga for. This time, they took the Amarillo, Citra, and Simcoe Hopped DIPA and added apricot for a deliciously malty, marmalade-sweet take on the Imperial style!
Tasting Notes
Aromas of apricot and marmalade, flavors of honeysuckle bread with an apricot spread. Sweet and malty, less hoppy and piney than other IPAs of the style.
