About This Beer
To craft it, the masters of the dark (beer) arts at Perennial conjured a thick, rich base brimming with sumptuous malty flavors. Then they aged it in Willett rye barrels for 31 months, soaking the whole thing in notes of vanilla oak.
Tasting Notes
Golden caramel, brown sugar, and rum raisin tones should course through every silky sip. Look for nuances of creme anglaise and whiskey spice to swirl underneath. Expect all the luxurious flavors of a bread pudding drizzled in bourbon caramel sauce –– only this dessert comes with a 14.4% ABV!
