This was a tough one to rate. The first half of the bottle was so unique and tasty. The second half was way too sweet. It was too much, but still really good. Wish it were either 16oz or that I had opened it with a group of friends

A lot going on here. Drier than expected, but quiet smooth. Most notable for me was the currant, cab and marsala flavors. While interesting, I generally avoid Marsala, and given how dry this was I didn't love the melding of everything together as much as I was hoping to. Well made, but not my thing.

Loved it... tasted like drinkable Port. Really insane beer that somehow managed to get it right

OMG. So much going on here. Nose of chocolate, sherry, sultanas, wet leather and tart cherries. Taste is sweetish-tartish with notes of fresh red currants, blueberries, port wine, milk chocolate and oak tannins. Dry finish. No ABV burn. Nice sipper!
