Back in August of 2025, Yakima Chief Ranches in partnership with the Hop Breeding Company, officially launched Dolcita Hops (formally HBC 1019) after nine years of development. And in the talented hands of Adventurous Brewing, these cones really shine!
Tasting Notes
Succulent smacks of candied stone fruit swirl throughout this Hazy IPA, with pops of pineapple and creamsicle underneath. A delicate hint of pithy bitterness plays beautifully against the sweetness of the malts, making for a seriously crushable finish.

Hazy golden pour, thin silky white head yields chunky rings of lacing. First time trying this hop. Big fruity aroma, apricots and pineapple, some mango. Taste is fruity, zesty, tropical, stone fruit which comes to an abrupt finish.
